we like taking pictures.
as you may know.
Dylan has been shooting professionally for three years now, second-shooting with various photographers. I've been an amateur photographer for years, but I'm finally learning to use professional equipment. We've both love taking great pictures and traveling and this seemed like the obvious next step...
We are starting a photography business! We are now accepting requests for wedding, elopement, engagement, senior, family, and newborn photography for next year. We plan to begin taking clients in January 2016 in the Phoenix area. Then in June we will be heading to Michigan's Upper Peninsula and will be there until the end of September. After that, who knows!
We will be shooting in Arizona this winter for practice and getting our official business up and running. Our website and wedding portfolio will be up in the next few months! Stay tuned!
You can check out our previous blog posts, or our instagram pages for an idea of our style (dylanjamesp3 and marisatorola).
Note that a lot of the pictures seen on our blog are iPhone pictures, especially in the beginning.
For our first year, we will be offering a 30% discount on all of our services! We are of course willing to travel.
Contact us for pricing or for more information:

the grand adventure continues: new haven/rhode island/nashville
[our grand adventure continued:]
from new york on to new haven, CT to see my sister Pam at Yale:
m:
then off to providence, rhode island to see Dylan's newborn nephew Gus!
born the day before we arrived! (such great timing - we got to visit them in the hospital!)
dyl's shot of me with gus :)
that moment when you're road tripping on a rainy, grey day.. and realize you're both wearing grey beanie hats, grey sweatpants, and grey sweatshirts
d:
m: quick Cincinnati stop at Rooted Juicery + Kitchen
d:
nashville! stayed with dylan's cousin mara and her husband, eric. we had so much fun with them we decided to stay an extra night longer than planned!
d:
m:
d: the Barista Parlor. the quintessential example of
a super thriftyish hipster, slightly classy space. we loved it.
m:
d:
m:
some sort of involved method for making cold brew (we think?):
d:
m: nashville rooftops
dyl playing near the river:
this chick recorded a song at the Ryman auditorium for fun!
such a fun experience!
d:
m - new mexico rainstorm:
d: so beautiful. I loved seeing these guys in swarms
throughout the great plains of Oklahoma and Texas.
finally pulled in late to lea and malcolm's house around 2 am - we just needed sleep but her kitties wanted some love! haha
ahh..arizona!
